"Easy checkout, but communication could be clearer"
I found what I needed quickly and the checkout was straightforward, which was nice. No weird issues with the site itself. The only thing that annoyed me was that some of the communication wasn’t very clear, so I had to double-check a few things instead of just feeling confident about the order.

"Order showed up right and packed well"
My Field & Stream order came in with everything I picked out, no missing items, no wrong sizes, nothing weird like that. that was the main thing I was hoping for.
The packaging was good too, the box wasn’t all smashed up, and everything inside was wrapped up fine. It was a straightforward order, but they got it right, so I’ve got no complaints

"It was an okay visit, not much stand out"
I stopped by the store and it was fine, nothing too exciting. The staff knows a few things and did helped a bit, but the whole trip just feel average to me.

"Held up way better than I expected"
I grabbed this jacket for a few trips and figured it would start showing wear fast, but it’s been tossed around, packed tight, worn in rough weather, and it still looks totally fine, the zippers haven’t given me any trouble, the fabric feels tougher than I expected, and I haven’t noticed any loose stitching so far

"Return was super easy"
I ordered the wrong size boots and had to send them back, and it was way easier than I expected. The return process was simple, and the refund, oh, I was actually surprised, came through quickly. No hassle at all

"Took a bit, but they did get back to me"
Support took a while to reply, which was a little frustrating, but they eventually got back to me and helped sort things out. I guess that still counts as a decent experience, right?

"Prices seem a little suspicious lately"
I don’t know, but the prices feel way higher than they should be now. A lot of the stuff just doesn’t seem worth what they’re charging, and it kind of makes me wonder if they’re quietly marking things up hoping people won’t notice...

I order some gear from fieldandstream.com and it showed up faster than I was expecting. The tracking work good the whole time, and everything was packed up nice when it got here. Easy order overall, I’d buy from them again.
